The Highly Dirt and Scratch Resistant Benz: 2009 Mercedes-Benz CLS Grand Edition
Ever since the release of the Mercedes Benz CLS it has conquered the criticism of many because of its coupe styling in a big sports sedan package. Liked by many and only hated by few, the CLS remains to be a niche that enthusiasts alike have grown to love. What better way to celebrate than announce a new Grand Edition of the Mercedes Benz CLS. The new Grand Edition adds unique styling starting with the matte platinum paint and distinctive 18 inch wheels. If you are not too crazy about the paint color then you may be in awe when you find out it is scratch resistant (to a point) and repels dirt better than most freshly waxed vehicles. If you do not like the color you can always opt for the Obsidian black, Iridium silver, Carneol red or Grey metallic paints available exclusively for the Benz CLS Grand Edition. We assume this new Mercedes Benz CLS Grand Edition will go nicely parked next to your matte black Lamborghini Reventon. It can be a his and hers matte black car collection. HAHA! More info and images after the jump… Two of the four available engines will include the CLS280's entry level V6 and the CLS350 CGI direct-injection engine generating 292hp while getting almost 26mpg. Inside you will find an Alcantara lined roof with supple leather seats and wood trim with available matte and gloss finishing complete with a wood and leather steering wheel and aluminum/bushed stainless steel trim components. Folks, this is real luxury. Do you ever fall in love with your leather seats… well you may find yourself sleeping in this car with a price of $93,700. If you can pay that then I am sure you have a nice house with a garage that you can park this luxury statement in. |
