What it is: The long-awaited successor to McLaren’s F1 supercar. After developing the SLR for Mercedes, McLaren is back to producing its own cars. Although an ultralight supercar in the vein of the F1 had been a possibility, the P11 will be a mostly conventional mid-engined car to challenge Ferrari and Lamborghini.
